Britefun MondoBrite – Warranty & Return Policy

 
Return Policy (Warranty)

Your MondoBrite is covered by a 90-day warranty that covers defects in material and workmanship.  If you wish to request a warranty repair or replacement, you must first contact us via email at: info@britefun.com to get a “Return Merchandise Authorization” number.   For warranty returns, Britefun will pay the cost for return shipping to our PO Box address via US Postal Service Priority Mail 1-Day (1 to 3 days).  Do not return your MondoBrite via UPS or FedEx, because UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes. Whether we repair or replace your device is at the sole discretion of Britefun.  Please refer to the Disclaimers page on the Britefun website for additional Warranty information.

 

Return Policy (Non-Warranty)

We are sure you will love your new MondoBrite and want you to try it with confidence.  If you don’t enjoy your MondoBrite, you may return it to Britefun within 14 days of purchase for a refund of your purchase price, less original shipping cost.  Prior to shipping your MondoBrite back to Britefun, you must first contact us via email at: info@britefun.com for a “Return Merchandise Authorization” number.  For any returns other than warranty returns, customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Shipping must be to our PO Box through the US Postal Service because UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes. Returned products must be in new, undamaged, resalable condition and include all accessories.
